Barton Woods is a multiphase master-planned community surrounding the 200 acre Carl Barton, Jr. City Park in Conroe, Texas. This 300 lot community has excellent regional access via Loop 336 to I-45.

Carl Barton Jr. Park
Carl Barton, Jr. Park was named after a former Mayor for The City of Conroe, which serviced from 1979 to 1989. Phase III was completed in 2000 making this facility the biggest in The City of Conroe with 201 acres. This park is used for soccer and baseball games, and is also a favorite for reunions, birthday parties as well as picnics while fishing in the ponds.
Lake Conroe
Lake Conroe is located near Barton Woods (via IH-45).
Extending 21 miles in length and covering 21,000 surface acres, Lake Conroe offers clean, clear water for a large variety of recreation including boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, and pleasure boating. Waterfront boat storage with valet launching and Barton Woods picturesque shores and included wooded terrain surrounding the lake are only a few of the attractions to this exceptional man-made lake.
